ໃນວັນທີ 4 ກຸມພາ 2026 ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ຈໍາປາສັກ ໄດ້ຈັດ 2 ກອງປະຊຸມເຜີຍເເຜ່ຜົນສໍາເລັດກອງປະຊຸມທົ່ວໄປຄັ້ງທີ 3 ຂອງໂຄງການ REAL ເຊິ່ງກອງປະຊຸມດັ່ງກ່າວເປັນປະທານໂດຍ ທ່ານ ປອ ນ. ພອນສະຫວັນ ເທບພະສຸລິທອນ ຜູ້ອໍານວຍການ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ຈໍາປາສັກ, ໂດຍມີຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມຫຼາຍກວ່າ 50 ທ່ານ ປະກອບມີ ຄະນະບໍດີ ຈາກ 6 ຄະນະວິຊາ, ຄູ-ອາຈານ ເເລະ ພ້ອມທັງພະນັກງານວິຊາການ ຈາກຫ້ອງການວິຊາການ.
ພາກວິຊາທີ່ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມປະກອບມີ ພາກວິຊາເສດຖະສາດ (ຄະນະເສດຖະສາດ ແລະ ການຄຸ້ມຄອງ), ພາກວິຊາຟີຊິກສາດ (ຄະນະວິທະຍາສາດທໍາມະຊາດ), ພາກວິຊາລັດຖະສາດ (ຄະນະນິຕິສາດ ເເລະ ລັດຖະສາດ) ແລະ ພາກວິຊາວິສະວະກໍາໄຟຟ້າ (ຄະນະວິສະວະກໍາ). ພ້ອມທັງນີ້ ຍັງໄດ້ມີທີມຄູ-ອາຈານຂອງໂຄງການ REAL ເເລະ ຄູ-ອາຈານຈາກຄະນະກະສິກໍາ ແລະ ປ່າໄມ້ ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມນໍາອີກ, ເຊິ່ງນີ້ເປັນການສະແດງໃຫ້ເຫັນການມີສ່ວນຮ່ວມຂອງບັນດາພາກວິຊາອື່ນໆທີ່ບໍ່ໄດ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມໃນໂຄງການໄດ້ມີສ່ວນຮ່ວມໃນການປັບປຸງຫຼັກສູດ ເເລະ ຮຽນຮູ້ຈາກບັນດາຫຼັກສູດທີ່ໄດ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມໃນໂຄງການ.

ກອງປະຊຸມເຜີຍເເຜ່ໃນຄາບບ່າຍເເມ່ນພາຍໃຕ້ຫົວຂໍ້ “ການສ້າງພື້ນຖານການປະຕິຮູບໂຄງສ້າງ” ໄດ້ເນັ້ນໃສ່ການນໍາສະເໜີ ເເລະ ເຜີຍເເຜ່ການນໍາໃຊ້ການສຶກສາແບບອີງໃສ່ຜົນຮັບ (OBE) ແລະ ລະບົບການຮັບປະກັນຄຸນນະພາບພາຍໃນ (IQA) ພ້ອມທັງມີການຝຶກປະຕິບັດການຂຽນຜົນການຮຽນຮູ້ລະດັບຫຼັກສູດ (PLOs) ແລະ ຜົນການຮຽນຮູ້ລະດັບວິຊາ (CLOs).

Champasack University Organized Two Dissemination Meetings to Share the Outcomes of the 3rd General Meeting of the REAL Project
On 4 February 2026, Champasack University successfully organized two dissemination meetings to present the outcomes of the 3rd General Meeting of the REAL Project. The meetings were chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Phonesavanh Thepphasoulithone, President of Champasack University. The events were attended by more than 50 participants, including deans from six faculties, lecturers and academic staff from the Academic Affairs Office.
Participating departments included the Department of Economics (Faculty of Economics and Management), Department of Physics (Faculty of Natural Science), Department of Political Science (Faculty of Law and Political Science), and Department of Electrical Engineering (Faculty of Engineering). In addition, REAL (RPT) team members and lecturers from the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry also participated. This demonstrated strong engagement from departments beyond those directly involved in the project, allowing them to learn from project-related programs and contribute to curriculum improvement.
The morning dissemination meeting was conducted under the theme “Ensuring the Relevance of Higher Education in Lao PDR.” The session focused on improving curricula to better align with societal and labour market needs through stakeholder engagement. The session also disseminated information on graduate knowledge and competency profiles (Graduate Profile) that respond to the needs of Lao society, based on labour market survey findings. Participants also practiced drafting graduate profiles during the session.
The afternoon dissemination meeting was conducted under the theme “Building Up Structural Reform.” The session focused on introducing and disseminating the implementation of Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA). Participants also engaged in practical exercises on developing Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) and Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs).
These activities significantly strengthened the capacity of lecturers and academic staff and supported higher education reform in Lao PDR under the REAL Project.
