📍 ໃນວັນທີ 4–6 ມີນາ 2026 ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ຈຳປາສັກ ໃນຖານະເປັນສະຖາບັນຜູ້ປະສານງານຫຼັກຂອງໂຄງການໄດ້ຈັດກອງປະຊຸມເປີດໂຄງການ RESET ຂຶ້ນຢ່າງເປັນທາງການ.
ໂຄງການ RESET ເເມ່ນໂຄງການປັງປຸງຄຸ້ມຄອງວຽກງານຄົ້ນຄວ້າວິທະຍາສາດຢູ່ໃນສະຖາບັນການສຶກສາຊັ້ນສູງຂອງລາວໃຫ້ທັນສະໄໝພ້ອມທັງສົ່ງເສີມການພັດທະນານັກຄົ້ນຄວ້າວິທະຍາສາດອາຊີບເພື່ອການຂະຫຍາຍໂຕເເບບຢືນຍົງໃນ ສປປ ລາວ, ພາຍໃຕ້ການສະໜັບສະໜູນທຶນຈາກ ສະຫະພາບເອີຣົບ (Erasmus+ CBHE, Strand 3). ໂຄງການນີ້ມີໄລຍະເວລາຈັດຕັ້ງປະຕິບັດ 4 ປີ (2026-2029) ໂດຍມີຈຸດປະສົງເພື່ອປັບປຸງໂຄງສ້າງການຄຸ້ມຄອງວຽກງານການຄົ້ນຄວ້າວິໄຈໃຫ້ມີປະສິດທິພາບ ແລະ ທັນສະໄໝ, ສົ່ງເສີມ ແລະ ພັດທະນາສາຍອາຊີບໃຫ້ນັກວິໄຈລາວ ກ້າວສູ່ຄວາມເປັນມືອາຊີບ ເເລະ ສ້າງກຳລັງແຮງໃນການຄົ້ນຄວ້າເພື່ອຊຸກຍູ້ການເຕີບໂຕສີຂຽວໃນ ສປປ ລາວ ຢ່າງຍືນຍົງ.
👥 ພິທີເປີດຢ່າງເປັນທາງການ ກອງປະຊຸມໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ໄດ້ຮັບກຽດກ່າວເປີດໂດຍ ທ່ານ ຮອງສາດສະດາຈານ ປອ. ໄກສອນ ເພັງໂສພາ, ຫົວໜ້າກົມການສຶກສາຊັ້ນສູງ, ກະຊວງສຶກສາທິການ ແລະ ກິລາ. ໃນໂອກາດນີ້, ທ່ານ ປອ. ນ. ພອນສະຫວັນ ເທບພະສຸລິທອນ, ຜູ້ອຳນວຍການ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ຈຳປາສັກ ໃນຖານະຜູ້ຈັດການໂຄງການ ໄດ້ກ່າວຕ້ອນຮັບ ແລະ ເນັ້ນໜັກເຖິງຄວາມສຳຄັນຂອງການຮ່ວມມືໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ທີ່ຈະກາຍເປັນຈຸດປ່ຽນສຳຄັນຂອງວຽກງານດ້ານວິຊາການວິຊາການ ເເລະ ການຄົ້ນຄວ້າວິໃຈໃນ ສປປລາວ.
🤝 ກອງປະຊຸມໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ໄດ້ມີຄະນະນໍາ ແລະ ທີມງານວິຊາການຈາກ 5 ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລຫຼັກຂອງລາວເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ ປະກອບມີ: ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ຈຳປາສັກ, ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ແຫ່ງຊາດ, ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ສຸພານຸວົງ, ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ສະຫວັນນະເຂດ ເເລະ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ວິທະຍາສາດສຸຂະພາບ. ພ້ອມດ້ວຍຜູ້ຊ່ຽວຊານຈາກສະຖາບັນຄູ່ຮ່ວມງານເອີຣົບ: ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ອາລິການເຕ (ສະເປນ), ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ໄຟຣເບີກ (ເຢຍລະມັນ) ແລະ ສູນ CESIE (ອິຕາລີ).

Champasack University Goes Global! Hosting the Official Launch of the RESET Project to Elevate Research in Lao PDR
March 4–6, 2026 – Champasack University, serving as the Lead Coordinator, officially hosted the Kick-off Meeting of the RESET Project.
RESET: Redefining research management structures and research career development to accelerate Green Growth in Lao PDR. This project is co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ CBHE program (Strand 3) and will be implemented over a 4-year period (2026–2029). The project aims to modernize research management structures at Lao HEIs while promoting sustainable career development for researchers working in areas connected to Green Growth in Lao PDR.
The ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kaison Phengsopha, Director General of the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Sports. On this occasion, Dr. Phonesavanh Thepphasoulithone, Rector of Champasack University and Project Manager, delivered the welcome remarks, emphasizing the significance of this collaboration as a major turning point for academic and scientific research in Lao PDR.
The meeting brought together leadership and academic teams from 5 main Lao universities: Champasak University, National University of Laos, Souphanouvong University, Savannakhet University and University of Health Sciences. They were joined by international experts from European partner institutions: University of Alicante (Spain), Freiburg University (Germany), and CESIE (Italy).
This is a proud milestone for Champasack University to be entrusted as the Lead Coordinator, driving the future of sustainable scientific research in Lao PDR!
